He was predeceased by: his parents, Lemuel Randall and Mary Randall (Boone); and his siblings, Geraldine Smith (Ernest), Nancy Collins (Russell) and Robert Randall.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lee Randall (Green); his children, Bonnie Murray (late Scott) and Troy Randall (Hilary); and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Brayden (Emma), Michaela, Lauren, Samuel and Emma. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Bill's memory to Hospice Fredericton or to a charity of the donor's choice.
