He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Irene (Perkins) and Hugh John Forsyth. He is survived by: his wife Helen Margaret Ann Forsyth (Toombs); his children, Michael Forsyth, Robert Rideout, Susan Grant (Gary) and Linda Lapointe (Derek); and his grandchildren, Kristina Forsyth, Levi Forsyth, Alexandra Grant (Ian), McKenzie Grant (Brady), Alisha-Lynn Lapointe (Graham) and Alana Lapointe.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, February 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel (302 Brookside Dr, Fredericton, NB E3A5K2).
