Rita M. LeBlanc Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita M. LeBlanc of Grand-Barachois, New Brunswick, who passed away on October 4, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rita M. LeBlanc to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tilmon Vienneau and Françoise (Cormier); her former husband Zackarie Gagnon; her husband Normand LeBlanc; and her siblings, Léandre Vienneau, Adrice Vienneau, Geneva LeBlanc, Éveline Cormier, Loraine and O'Brian.
She is survived by: her children, Thérèse Gagnon (Claude Marcoux) of Sept-Îles, QC, Raymond of Grand-Barachois, Alfred (Patricia Craft) of Saint John, Jean-Louis (Rosella Gallant) of Grand-Barachois, Philippe of Grand-Barachois and Cécile Taraso (Sam) of Wasaga Beach, ON; and her stepsons, Bernard LeBlanc (Beverly) of Waterdown, ON and Donald LeBlanc (Monique Lanteigne) of Rogersville. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre (396 Main St, Shediac, NB E4P2G1). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St-Henri de Barachois R. C. Church (1356 NB-133, Grand-Barachois, NB E4P8G7).
