She was predeceased by : her parents, Joshua Lovell and Maude Lovell; her husband John Hansford; her fathers-in-law, Jim and Augustus Hansford; her siblings, Clifford Lovell, George Lovell (Cora), Mildred King, Frances Keeping (Levi), Olive Munden (Thomas) and Violet Payne (Bernard); her sister-in-law Sarah Brophy (Mike); her son-in-law Garfield Durnford; and her friend Berthina Osmond (Taney).

She is survived by : her children, Gilbert Hansford (Joan) of Isle, Morts, George Hansford (Wina) of New Brunswick and Linda Durnford of Isle; her grandchildren, Vangie (Brad) of Isle, Lori (Godfrey) of Isle, Morts of Sackville, NS, Trudy (Guy) of Sackville, NS, Jackie (Russell) of Sackville, NS, Kristie (Rob) of Corner Brook, John of New Brunswick, Ashley of New Brunswick, Gabriel of New Brunswick and Allison of New Brunswick; her great grandchildren, Haley, Anna, Jonna, Jenny, Amy, Justin, Josie and Alexander; and her niece Paulette Green.

Flowers are graciously accepted or donations in Dora's memory can be made to the Holy Spirit Anglican Church.
