He is survived by: his wife Deloras; his sons, Jason Carter (Edna) of Winterland, NL and Craig Carter (Kim) of Port; his grandchildren, Brooke, Alexander and Sam; his siblings, Junior Carter (Doris) of Dartmouth, NS, Gary Carter (Laverne) of Burnt Islands, NL, Mike (Natasha) of Halifax, NS, Carolann Blough (Bob) of Keswick, ON, Linda Bleakney (John) of Dartmouth, NS, Joan Parsons of Lunenburg, NS and Judy Savoury (Ken) of Port; and his siblings-in-law, Garland Musseau (Irene), Tony Musseau (Wanda), Calvin Musseau (Rose), Barry Musseau (Darlene), Jeff Musseau (Diane), Vina Carter of Port, Christine Purchase (Donald) of Port and Basques. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
