He is survived by: his wife Sabine; his children, Robert Briggs (Megan Mainville Briggs), Angela Briggs (Mike Whalen) and William Briggs; his granddaughters, Caitlyn Dawson and Sophie Briggs; and his siblings, Rhonda Briggs (Gary Grant), David Briggs (Fay) and Sandra Briggs (Craig Paine).
