It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anne McMackin of Hampton, New Brunswick, born in Amherst, Nova Scotia, who passed away on January 15, 2026, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Esther McMackin (Briggs); her brother Mike; and her sister-in-law Carolyn. She is survived by: her father Chester McMackin of Hampton; her niece Sarah (Shane); her great-nieces, Sylvia, Sophia, Sadie and Jessica (Jeremy); her great-nephew Racare (Dennis); her son Andrew (Jonelle); and her grandchildren, Ashlyn and Katelyn.
