He is survived by: his wife Beverly Johnston of Hampton, NB; his children, Brandy Johnston of Saint John, NB, Amanda Johnston (Antti Kahkonen) of Saint John, NB, Melanie Johnston of Harvey, NB, Robert Johnston (Anne Higgins) of Fredericton, NB, Sandie Kierstead (Michael Cooke) of Pocologan, NB and Kelly Kierstead (Matthew Robinson) of Saint John, NB; his grandchildren, Samantha, Brandon, Emilie, Kallie, Krisha, Michael, Justin, Lily, Cooper, Savannah and Ryker; his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Benjamin, Connor, Harrison, Penelope, Colton and Hudson; and his siblings, George "Sonny" Johnston (Gloria) of Wasaga Beach, ON, Simon "Gary" Johnston of Kelfield, SK, Reginald Cormier (Angela) of Cambridge, ON and Sharon Jensen (Cliff) of Port Alberni, BC. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
