She was predeceased by : her parents, Earl McMaster and Rose McMaster; her former life partner Dale Doherty; her daughter Janet Shaw; and her brothers-in-law, Hugh and Gerald Brooks.

She is survived by : her husband Burley Brooks of Hartland; her children, Jennifer Doherty of Quispamsis, Jeff Doherty (Beth) of Hartland and Joella Doherty of Hartland; her son-in-law Brent Shaw of Rockland; her stepchildren, Chris Brooks (Cindy), Darrell Brooks (Karen) of Florenceville, Carl Brooks (Jennifer) of Toronto, ON and Sarah Brooks (Elvis) of Glassville; her grandchildren, Joe Coté (Lindsay), Jordan Corrick (Cecily), Zac Corrick (Natasha Brown), Aaron Corrick, Jessica Shaw, Meghan Tompkins (Danny), Mallory Shaw (Zachary Worden), Ben Pearson, Hunter Pearson, Ashton Pearson and Jerika Brooks; her great grandchildren, Abigail Coté, Ally Corrick, Clara Corrick, Harlee Corrick and Audrey Vernall; and her sister-in-law Edna Hill.

Due to Covid restrictions the funeral service will be private.
