She is survived by: her husband Daren Smith of Hartland; her children, Nicholas Cullins (Megan) of Alberta, Tasha Cullins (Drake Porelle) of Hartland, Jamie Cullins of Alberta, Shawn Smith (Kelsey Bosman) of Alberta and Derek Smith (Michelle) of Alberta; her father Kenneth Boyer of Pole Hill; her siblings, Patsy Trecartin (Matthew) of Woodstock, Darren Boyer (Charlene Holmes) of Wakefield, Mark Boyer (Angela Parks) of Pole Hill and Jody Boyer (Theresa) of Red Bridge; her sister-in-law Deborah Boyer of Pole Hill; and her grandchildren, Kaiden Cullins, Chelsea Cullins, Wilder Cullins, Jade Acheson, Connor Smith, McKenna Smith, Chloe Smith, Jensen Smith and Mason Smith. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
