She was predeceased by: her parents, Vivan Hovey and Josephine Hovey; her husband Gerald DeLong; her daughter Sheary Billings; her son-in-law Larry Billings; her sons, Russell DeLong and Jeffrey DeLong; and her siblings, Muriel McLean, Marguerite White, Ethel Wilson and Clarence Hovey.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Roberts (Fred), Peggy Delong, Gloria Cass (Alfred), Timothy DeLong (Katherine), Stephen DeLong (Penny) and Tina McElderry (Kervin); her daughter-in-law Pam DeLong; her grandchildren, Kim Campbell (Jeff), Kelvin Roberts (Celeste), Danielle Holmes (Terry), Dwayne Billings, Jordan Cass (Krystal), Nick Cass (Allison), Mark DeLong, Julia LuChirre (Bryan), Bailey Linder, Sierra Sproul (Dustin), Stephen Holmes and Alex Holmes (Quaija); her great grandchildren, Tara (Rory), Kristina (Drew), Jared (Emily), Whitney (Caleb), Kaitlin (Kyle), Hannah, Ryan, Paige, Hailey, Chloe, Riley, Elias, Grayden, Maggie and Patch; her great great grandchildren, Cooper, Hudson, Neveah, Amariah, Kalliea, Anderson, Vincent, Savannah, Jane, Annie and Elena; and her siblings, Clarabelle Seeley, Shirley Walton and Percy Hovey. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM, on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM and at 3:00 PM at the Britton Funeral Home (2 High St, Hartland, NB E7P2L2).
