He is survived by: his wife Linda Johnston; his daughter Nicole Miller Melinda (Darryl); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Brooker (James), D. J. Miller (Radni), Travis DeMerchant (Sara) and Denver DeMerchant (Abbi McCormick); his great grandchildren, Emma Miller, Kylie Miller, Emmett Brooker, Oliver Brooker, Isabella DeMerchant, Marissa DeMerchant, Elana DeMerchant and Oliver DeMerchant; and his siblings, Davis Johnston (Sharon), Debbie Green, Connie Holmes and SueEllen Derrah (Richard).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Britton Funeral Home (2 High St, Hartland, NB E7P2L2). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
