He was predeceased by : his parents, Eldon Everett and Barbara Everett (Fraser) of Waterville; his sister Joyce Hagen; his nephew William Peter Everett; his aunt Edith Dickinson (Bernard); and his uncles, Delbert Everett (Greta), Roderick Fraser (Wyn) and Angus Fraser (Mildred).

He is survived by : his siblings, William Everett (Jane) of Woodstock and Elizabeth Harris (David) of Woodstock; his nieces, Lucy Everett of Waterville and Sarah Shaw (James); his great-nephews, James Peter Shaw and William Shaw of Waterville; his niece Samantha Hemphill (Heath Alexander); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Haley Hemphill, Addison Hemphill of Woodstock and Keirstin Hemphill of Centreville; his brother-in-law Donald Hagen of Halifax, NS.; and also, Ryan Harris (Asja) and Broxton Harris of Woodstock.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Britton Funeral Home (2 High St, Hartland, NB E7P2L2). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at the Waterville Baptist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, if so desired, donations can be made to the Waterville Baptist Church Building Fund.
