It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Muriel Pauline Cook Smith (Hartland, New Brunswick), who passed away on December 9, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Alban Page and Marguerite Page; her former life partner Walter "Babe" Cook; her siblings, Elinor Haywood (Stephen), Glen Page (Marie), Naida Cook (Raymond) and Dalton Page; and her brother-in-law Alton Fox.

She is survived by : her husband Hugh Smith of Hartland; her children, Doug Cook (Darlene) of Ashland, Nancy Haynes (Geoffrey) of Niagra Falls, ON and Susan Culberson (Ray) of Waterville; her grandchildren, Marcia Versloot (Eric), Scott Cook (Michelle), David Creaghan, Kara Creaghan (Andrew Williams), Katelyn Culberson (Corey Crouse) and Jessica Kent (Dawson); her great grandchildren, Charlee, Noah, Sawyer, Emmett, Casey and Willow; her stepson Randi Smith (Rhonda) of Ashland; her stepgrandchildren, Amanda Smith, Cassie Smith, Sommer Smith and Mason Smith; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Aaron and Logan; and her siblings, Donalda Fox Curtis (Irvine Curtis) of Fredericton and Floyd Page (Helen) of Coldstream. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID -19 restrictions, masks and social distancing are required.
