He was predeceased by: his parents, Emile Couture and Stella Couture (Hachey); and his siblings, Martin Couture, Marilyn Caissie and Ivan Couture.

He is survived by: his wife Teena Couture (Grant); his stepson Jason Jordan Roy of Estevan, SK; his siblings, Margaret Boyd (Kenneth), Gary Couture (Darlene), Judy Doucet Ivan (late Albany) and David Couture Carolyn (late Brenda); and his pets, Angie and Karma. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
