He was predeceased by: his parents, Manzer Prosser and Margaret Prosser; his wife Jennie Prosser; his son Nevers Prosser; and his siblings, Bernice, Evelyn, Lewis, Glen, Norman, Wilbert, Lorne and Cecile.
He is survived by: his children, Norma Clark (John Reid), Margaret Wilkins (Ken), Connie Kirkbride (Mike Marsh), Myrna Wilkins (Harry), Sheila Hubley (Jim), Mary Ostrander and Stephen Prosser (Cindy). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, several great great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
