We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Martha Rose Elizabeth Morecraft (Harvey Station, New Brunswick), born in Seeleys Cove, New Brunswick. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Reg McVicar and Lucy McVicar (Patterson); her husband Calvin Morecraft; her son Lorrie Morecraft; and her brothers, Jerry and James McVicar.

She is survived by : her sons, Martin Morecraft of Harvey Station, NB and Barrie Morecraft (Leisha) of Harvey Station, NB; her grandchildren, Matthew, Jesse, Candyce (Adam), Lacey (Ryan), Madison (Marcus), Jacob and Dawson; her siblings, Donna Clark, Barbara Black, Roberta Mersereau, Joe McVicar (Phyllis), Clara Leslie (Junior), Thelma Lomax (Paul) and Lynda Lomax; and her brother-in-law Berton Morecraft. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A funeral service (by invitation only due to Covid19) was held at Swan Funeral Chapel, 1826 Route 3, Harvey Station, NB on Saturday, December 26, 2020 with Lay Pastor Maggie Gibson of Harvey Baptist Church officiating.

For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Martha the family has suggested the Magundy Cemetery.
