It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Lynn Steeves of Hillsborough, New Brunswick, who passed away on November 1, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Deborah leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Deborah may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reginald Smith and Tellafa Smith (Steeves). She is survived by: her husband Donnie Steeves; her daughters, Christina Brown (Darcy) of Spruce Grove, AB and Heidi Steeves (Eddie Coggar) of Riverview; her brother Robert Smith (Debbie) of Weldon; and her sisters-in-law, Sharon Elliott (Mark) of Sussex and Joanne Tower (Gerry) of Pine Glen. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, all her extended family, coworkers and, friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Albert County Funeral Home (4130 NB-114, Hopewell Cape, NB E4H).
