He was predeceased by : his parents, Murdock McKinley and Martha McKinley (Geldart); his wife Geraldine "Gerry" McKinley (Rossiter); his siblings, Leona Brantnall (Newman), Georgie Dixon (Roy), Muriel Upham (Vaughn), Murdock Jr., Sterling (Thelma) and Gerald "Jake"; his half-brother Hamilton Kane (Georgia); and his siblings-in-law, Joan McKinley and Bill Mellish.
He is survived by : his children, Carla Shaw (Brian Fowler) of Carlisle and Chris McKinley (Kim) of Beaverbrook; his granddaughters, Meghan (Danny) of Hartland and Mallorie (Zac) of Hartland; his stepgranddaughters, Olivia of Beaverbrook and Alexa (Ben) of Hampton; his siblings, Pearl Mellish (Waymond Kelly) and Willis McKinley (Verna Carter) of Riverview; and his sister-in-law Catherine Nickerson of Ontario. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and by all his extended family and several friends.
The regulations for Covid-19 will apply and all people will have to social distance and be required to wear a mask when entering the building.
