Barbara Florence Muir Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Florence Muir (Hopewell Cape, New Brunswick), who passed away on April 6, 2026, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Goldsworthy and Olive Goldsworthy (Brewer); her husband Bruce; and her siblings, Cliff, Gordonand and Olive.

She is survived by: her friend David Christie; her children, Trudy Dickie (Keith) of Kanata, ON, Doug Muir of Ottawa and Dave Muir (Stephanie) of Riverside-Albert; her grandchildren, Heather (Mike), Rosemary (Zack), Olivia (Angel), Emmett, Zach and Katie; and her sister Shirley Marlow (Bert) of Edmonton, AB. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
