He is survived by : his wife Burla Dempsey (Berry); his children, Ben Dempsey (Keri), Mary Canning, Grace Dunn (Roger), Tanya Dempsey, Amanda Canning (Brett), Chandra Dempsey (Jean-Francois) and Cynthia Vienneau (Joey); his grandchildren, Sonya, Rebecca, Samantha, Cody, Cassandra, Dominick, Jasmine, Caileigh, Sarah, Riley, Lara and Lucy; and his siblings, Gail Steeves (Donnie), Edward Baskin, Donna Guthro (Tony), James Baskin and Dale Baskin.
