She was predeceased by : her parents, Douglas Geldart and Bessie Geldart (Tandy); her sister Denise McWilliam; and her father-in-law Paul Murray. She is survived by : her husband Ray; her sons, David Riverview (Misti Stultz) and Timothy; her grandchildren, Joel, Julie, Benjamin and Adrianna; her sister Sandra Tingley; her mother-in-law Ruth Murray (Kelly); her sisters, Paulette (George O'Neill) and Lee (Shirley Murray); and her friends, Amanda Wilson and Jackie Gould. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private family memorial service will be held at Lower Coverdale Baptist Church.

Donations in Jean's memory may be made to Lower Coverdale Baptist Church, The Dr. Sheldon Rubin Oncology Clinic at the Moncton Hospital or the charity of the donor's choice.
