He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Barnes and Lucy Barnes; his brothers, Stephen and Bobby; and his brother-in-law Graham McKillop.
He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Guitard (Shawn); his granddaughters, Haven and Faith; his close friend Monika Volino; his sister Joyce McKillop; his niece Marie; and his nephews, Todd, Darcy, Aubrey and Rick. He is also survived by his extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Paul's Anglican Church Cemetery Fund would be appreciated by the family. The family has chosen to send donations to All Funds.
