We are sad to announce that on November 11, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Emily Elsie Margaret (Dougherty) Stairs of Island View, New Brunswick, born in Debec, New Brunswick. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Dougherty and Clemina Dougherty (Teed); her husband Albert E. Stairs; her children, Shirley Bamford and Robert C. Stairs; her siblings, Georgie MacIlroy, Louise Spinney and Melvin Dougherty; and her daughters-in-law, Deanna Stairs and Sheila Stairs.

She is survived by: her children, Deborah Lofstrom (Brian), Alton (Donna), Earl (Sharon), Eugene (Mary Jane), Hugh, Junior (Elaine) and David (Chris). She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great grandchildren and eleven great great grandchildren.
