She was predeceased by: her grandfather Clayton Davenport. She is survived by: her parents, Damien Chisholm and Tammy Davenport; her stepmother Jeannie Cogswell; her siblings, Seth and Phoenix Chisholm; her stepsiblings, Adrian, Annabelle and Aiden Gerdts; her grandparents, Nancy Davenport, Phil and Kim Chisholm; her uncles, Layton, Brooks and Corey; and her aunt Misty.

The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Asthma Canada or Organ. Donation Canada in memory of Alexa.
