He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce McCarty and Zena McCarty (Munn); his brother Eugene; and his niece Tiffany. He is survived by: his siblings, Lynn McCarty-Brown (David), Paul (Corrine) and Merrill McCarty (Maxine); and his nephew Paul Kent-McCarty. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Carleton Funeral Home and Crematorium (337 Lockhart Mill Rd, Jacksonville, NB E7M3S5). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Carleton Funeral Home Chapel (337 Lockhart Mill Rd, Jacksonville, NB E7M3S5).
In lieu of flowers, the family have requested donations to the Harvest House Plaster Rock in his memory.
