He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurel Higgs and Ida Higgs (Spinney); his wife Jo Anne Higgs (Glidden); and his sister Laurene Wright. He is survived by: his children, Misty and Jamie (Karen); his grandchildren, Jacobi, Tayla, Bradley and Ashley; and his siblings, Penny, Marquita, Faye, Terrance Dale and Eldon.
