Meredith Perley Stairs Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Meredith Perley Stairs (Jacksonville, New Brunswick), who passed away on October 7, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Perley Stairs and Ella Stairs (Tapley); his son Meredith (Norma); his brothers, Alton (Muriel), Archie (Ruth) and Malcom (Barbara); and his brothers-in-law, Francis Hogan (Evelyn) and Philip Greer (Carolyn).
He is survived by: his significant other Natalie; his son Hunter; and his siblings, Evelyn Hogan, Marcus (Viola), Gary (Barbara), Carolyn Greer, Kelli Lawson (Timothy) and Shelli Hansen (Jack).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Carleton Funeral Home and Crematorium (337 Lockhart Mill Rd, Jacksonville, NB E7M3S5). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Carleton Funeral Home Chapel (337 Lockhart Mill Rd, Jacksonville, NB E7M3S5).
As per Meredith's wishes, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to River Valley Christian Academy or the NB Draft Horse.
