Myrtleen Ruth left this world on April 26, 2024 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ivory Brown and Ruth Heath (Ingalls); and her husband Melvin Jones. She is survived by : her children, Esther Meisel (Timothy), Deborah Wilkinson (Donald), David (Cheri) and Jones; and her grandchildren, Robert, Elisabeth, David, Sarah, Rebekah, Nicholas, Joanna, Lydia and Brittany. She is also survived by 23 Great Grandchildren, several Nieces, and Nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carleton Funeral Home & Crematorium (337 Lockhart Mill Rd, Jacksonville, NB E7M3S5). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Carleton Funeral Home Chapel (337 Lockhart Mill Rd, Jacksonville, NB E7M3S5).
