He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Tompkins and Bernice Tompkins (Phillips); and his wife Carolyn. He is survived by: his children, Blaine (Rhonda), Craig (Kelly) and Andrea Anderson (Derek); his grandchildren, Emily, Samantha (Neil), Megan, Ryan (Ali), Gabrielle and Cole; and his siblings, Gail (Herb), Paulette, Janet (Jim) and Lawrence (Midge).
