He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Kilfoil and Seretha Kilfoil (McQuade); his son Robbie O'Neil; and his siblings, Francena Dugan (Philip), Josephine Burke (Vincent), Connie DeMerchant, Melvin Kilfoil and Mary Kilfoil.
He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his children, Shawna McQuade (Benjamin), Jason Kilfoil (Nancy) and Craig Kilfoil (Sara); his grandchildren, Robert (Shyanne), Thomas (Katelyn), Dyllin (Mary), Austin, Hunter (Mia), Chantal, Logan, Shaye, Grace, Chloe and Liam; his great grandchildren, Addisyn and Carson; his siblings, Clara Cavanaugh (Ray), Dorothy Foster, Paul Kilfoil, Sheila Kilfoil-Alexander (Gary), Sharon Templeton, Alma Allen (Fred) and Trudi Rogers (Drake); and his pets, Rex, Big Boy, Garfield and Bandit. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
