She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Gallagher and Genevieve Gallagher (Dooley); her husband Richard "Leroy" Dugan; her son Daniel Charles (Sarah-Mae); her grandson Joel Pelkey; and her siblings, Walter, Edmund, Helen, Mary, Winnifred, Donnie, Gerald and Gregory.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Pelkey (Alden), Florence Dugan, Bernard Dugan, Susan Briggs (Gus), Louise Bettle (Fred), Barbara Dugan, Brian Dugan (Kelly), Steven Dugan, Lorraine Pickard (Clarence) and Troy Dugan; her grandchildren, Kyle, Tiffany, Cary Ann, Macauley (Kaitlynn), Avery, Kristen, Emily, Hayley, Alex, Justin, Olivia (Nathan), Lauryn (Tyler), Jacob, Annie (Isaac), Sabrina, Gage, Logan, Jodi and Daniel; and her sister Marilyn Denny (Ken). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
