He is survived by: his father Stephen Holmes; his wife Heidi Holmes (White); his daughter Abigail Holmes; his siblings, Marsha Boxwell (Jeffrey), Sandra Foster (Billy), Stephen Holmes (Shelley) and Nicky Holmes; his nieces and nephews, Cass Boxwell, Felicity Boxwell (Skylar), Mindy Lea (Kirk), Crystal Holmes, Wesley Holmes, Grace Catherine, Ty Allan (Katie), Josh Hayes (Kendra), Nicky Marie Hayes (Bobby), Chelsey Hayes (Tyler) and Theresa Hayes; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brayden, Bryson, Mariah, Keshia, Daytona and Austin; and his pets, Dolly and Tank.
