She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Whalen and Leah Whalen (Chevarie); her daughter Joanne Wellwood; and her siblings, Gertrude Léger, Katherine Sharpe and Douglas Whalen.
She is survived by: her husband Gordon Wylie; her children, Shelley Wylie, Cynthia Wylie, Kenneth (Donna) and Clayton (Katherine); her grandchildren, Courtenay, Holly, Catherine, Peter, Garrett, Jennifer, Melody and Lacey; her great grandchildren, Riley, Piper, Alyssa, Cody, Kyle, Atticus, Brooklyn and Adriana; her great great grandchild Eden; and her sisters, Yvonne Stewart and Elsie Stewart. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
