He is survived by: his wife Darlene Phillips (Pelkey); his sons, Ricky Phillips (Lynn) of Lower Kintore, NB and Jeffrey Phillips of Perth-Andover, NB; his stepsons, Walter McDougall (Lori) of Kincardine, NB and Charley McDougall (Jennifer) of Gagetown, NB; his grandsons, Christopher Phillips (Emilie) and Joel Phillips (Kate); his great grandchild Bennett Phillips; his stepgrandchildren, Brooke McDougall, Ashley Ebbett, Timothy Nicholas-McDougall, Morgan Nicholas-McDougall and Olivia McDougall; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Neveah, Asce, Axel and Atticus.
