He is survived by: his parents, Eldon Polchies Jr. and Lenore Solomon Polchies; his siblings, Kayla (Jacob), Noah (Erin), Shyanne (Matthew), Hollie and Robby; his grandfathers, Eldon Polchies Sr. and Richard Solomon (Lois); and his aunts and uncles, Leonard, Jeffrey, Peter (Tina), Patrick (Melody), Dean, Lance (Meghan), Client (Amy), Terrilee (Andy) and Ann (Norm).
