He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Booker and Shirley Booker (Dodds); his sisters, Bonnie and Cynthia Booker; and his sister-in-law Cathy Booker.
He is survived by: his siblings, Elizabeth Booker-Price (Rick), Kris Donovan (Keith), Timothy Booker (Susan), Brian Booker, John Booker (Jackie), Robert Booker (Hoda) and Phillip Booker; and his nieces and nephews, Amy Whalen (Joey), Lacey Collier (Paul), Emma Booker (Katrina), Juliana Booker, Melissa Hickey (Zach), Lee Anne Donovan (Ryan), Amanda Coggins, Jeremy Booker (Shey), James, Jacob Booker, Matthew Donovan, Scott and Andrew Booker (Jessie). He is also survived by nine great nieces & nephews.
