Il laisse également dans le deuil 18 petits-enfants, plusieurs arrière-petits-enfants et arrière-arrière-petits-enfants.

Dans les circonstances de pandémie actuelles les funérailles en l'église Saint-Dominique Savio de Lavillette seront reportées à une date ultérieure.
