With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Marie Leslie of Letang, New Brunswick, born in Back Bay, New Brunswick, who passed away on November 1, 2021 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan Marie Leslie to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, D. Elmer Leslie and Muriel Leslie (Hooper); and her brother Malcolm Leslie. She is survived by: her children, Leslie Young (Mike) of L'Etang, NB and Corey Ward (Lisa) of Lake Placid, NY; her sister Melva Howard (Robert) of Back Bay, NB; her close friend Gilbert King of Bethel, NB; and her great grandchild Daxton. She is also survived by five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.

In Joan's memory, donations to Charlotte County Cancer would be appreciated by the family.

She was my cousin and although a few years older than me I remember so clearly being at Uncle Elmer's in the summers and the fun we had. I just wish I had found her again.
