He was predeceased by : his parents, Cecil Guthrie and Muriel Guthrie (Waugh); his granddaughter Emily Noble; and his brothers-in-law, Dermot Kingston and Vaugh Knorr (Darlene).
He is survived by : his son Ltd; his wife Elizabeth Guthrie (Carr); his children, Jeffrey Guthrie (Rita), Thomas Guthrie (Tiffany), Eric Noble and Tammilyn Noble (Joey Miner); his grandchildren, Caleb Miner, Noah Noble, Christopher Wilson, Aubrey Wilson, Derrek McLaughlin and Danny St-Coeur; his sister Patricia Kingston; his sister-in-law Norma Barrieau (Joseph); his daughter-in-law Sabrina Noble; his brothers, Jeff and Tom; and also George Upshall. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Doug's family will receive visitors at Bishop's Funeral Home 540 Woodstock Road Fredericton on Thursday April 8, 2021 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM with social distancing protocols and contact tracing in place. The funeral service will be held at the former Wesley United Church 2371 Route 102 Hwy Lincoln, NB on Friday April 9, 2021 at 2:00 PM by invitation only, due to Covid-19 seating limitations.
Contributions to a charity of the donor's choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
