She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Carrier and Mary Lena Hickey; and her husband Sanford Hickey. She is survived by: her children, Ivan (Joan), Adolphe (Eulalie), Gerald (Anne), Edward (Janice), Roger (Annette), Rene (Rosie), Leon (Bonnie), Stanley (Shona), Yvonne (Gerald), Simonne (Jean-Marie), Barbara (Danny), Lisa (Ally), Kim, Valmond and Johnny; her daughters-in-law, Laurena and Edith; her grandchildren, Faith, Kristin, Brenda, Todd, Duncan and Joey; and her great grandchild Junior. She is also survived by her 36 grandchildren, 53 great grandchildren, 16 great great grandchildren and 1 great great great grandchild.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. Maria Goretti Cemetery (417 Main St, Lorne, NB E8G1K9).
