He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph McFarlane and Elizabeth McFarlane (Martin); and his brother William McFarlane. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Spencer of GrandBay; his daughter Tracey Ross (Cory) of Maine; his grandsons, Logan Ross of Maine and Luke Ross of Maine; and his brothers, James McFarlane (Leona) of Lower Greenwich and Kenneth McFarlane of St. Andrews. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
