He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Neill and Olive O'Neill (Smith); his sister Susan Tsicrycas; his wife Catherine (Millar); his children, Jennifer (O'Neill) and David O'Neill (Kymm Isabelle); his grandchildren, James and Madison O'Neill; and his sisters-in-law, Susan Stokes (Doug) and Mary-Ann Hilderly (Brian).

He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Michael, Richard, Laura, Remington and Charlotte.
