He was predeceased by: his parents, David Coleman and Margaret Coleman (Doherty); and his siblings, Leonard, Leo, David, Vernon, Harold, Ronald and Mary Laird.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Coleman (Marr); his children, Tony Coleman of Lower Norton, NB, Roy Coleman of Norton, NB, Tim Coleman of Kiersteadville, NB, Tom Coleman (Sharma) of Lower Norton, NB, Diane Johnston (Jeff) of Lower Norton, NB, Jean Korth (Paul Brine) of Halifax, NS, Brenda Coleman (Everett Lavoie) of Burton, NB and Shelley Scott (Kevin) of Burton, NB; and his sister Helen MacPhee of Lower Norton, NB. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
In 1986 he bought the meat store in Hampton and continued with it until 2020 when the pandemic started.
