He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew and Sadie (MacKay) of Ludlow, NB; his son Robert Earle MacKay; his daughter-in-law Tanya MacKay (Ward); his brother Earle; his sister-in-law Marie; his niece Sabrina; and his brothers-in-law, Gerald Otterson and Bill Morehouse.
He is survived by: his wife Frances (McNamara); his daughter Suzanne (Tim); his sister Judy (Bill); his nieces and nephews, Melissa, Denise, Anne (Deverne), Andrea, Barb, Michelle, Bradley, Les, Patricia, Margaret, Grace, Cora (David), Amy, Sarah, Katie, Chrystal, Meaghan, Craig, Tina and Stefan; Christena (Bernard) and Christopher.
A masonic service will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Ludlow Baptist Church (6812 NB-8, Ludlow Parish, NB E9C2H6).
The loving family of Winston David MacKay sadly announce his passing on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital in Fredericton, NB, from complications of pneumonia and a seven-year struggle with Alzheimer's disease.
