He was predeceased by : his parents, Ronald Morgan and Anna Morgan; and his siblings, Lorraine Brown, Laurel Morgan and Weldon Morgan.

He is survived by : his son Scott Oliver; his granddaughters, Aurora and Eliza; and his brothers, Robert Morgan, Colin Morgan and Calvin Morgan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
