It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alexander McNeil Banks Olsen of McAdam, New Brunswick, who passed away on July 21, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Olsen and Ellen Olsen (McKay); his wife Bonnie; his niece Crystal Palmer; and his brother-in-law John Kennedy.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Gosse (Roger) of Bolton, Ontario, Robert Olsen (Linda) of Red Water, AB and David Olsen; his grandsons, Joshua, Ryan (Kaitlin) and Braeden; his great grandchild Noelle; his siblings, Sharon Jordan of Fredericton, NB, Emil Olsen (Margot) of Quispamsis, NB and Robin Olsen (Eve) of Harvey, NB; his sister-in-law Marlene Kennedy; and his friend Debbie Vail. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rockland Cemetery.
