He was predeceased by : his wife Darlene Kelly (Parlee); his parents, Oliver Kelly and Maude Kelly (MacFarlane); his children, Wayne Austin and Carol Agnes; his great grandchild Hudson Eales; his siblings, Olive Amos (late Robert), Marjorie Mason (late Gordon), Bernice Mason (late Joseph), Mildred Logan, Arlington (late Jean), Ralph and Ashley; his sister-in-law Isabelle Kelly; and his parents-in-law, Harold and Elma Parlee.

He is survived by : his children, Brenda Doherty (Charles) of Oromocto Lake, NB, Karen Kelly-Scott (Daniel) of Ottawa, ON, Brian (Cheryl) of Hampton, NB, Andrew (Shirlu) of McAdam, NB, Paul (Kelly) of Ottawa, ON and Steven (Nicole) of Ottawa, ON; his grandchildren, Jeremy (Amanda), Adam (Karen), Nathan, Kaylee, Nicholas, Amanda (Shanel), Alissa (Kyle), Alynn, Ellecia, Micah, Ashlyn, Ryan and Mackenzie; his siblings, Helen Hatfield of Sussex, NB and Harris Kelly of Wheaton Settlement, NB; his siblings-in-law, Betty Green and Allen Parlee; and his grandchildren, Brendan Kelly, Andrea Caissie, Emily Owen, Patrick Kelly and Payton Kelly. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
