Billie Joe was loved and cherished by many people including : parents, Marie Steever (Young) and Joseph Steever; daughters, Jill and Lisa; grandchildren, Alyssa, Julia, Maxim, Everett and Joseph; and siblings, Barbara Steever-Banks (late Danny), Sheila Steever Ingersoll (late David) and John (Mabel). Billie Joe was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to Covid restrictions, a private family service will be held at St. Dunstan's Roman Catholic Church with Father Bill Brennan officiating.
