She was predeceased by : her spouse Russell F. Charters; her parents, Russell Blair and Nellie Blair (Nason); her siblings, Helen Tracy (late Gus), Calvin Blair (late Ida), Russell Blair (late Deborah), Wayne Blair, Alfred Blair Gerald Blair (late Velma), Leon Blair and Holly; her sister-in-law Norma Blair; and her parents-in-law, Arthur and Cora Charters.
She is survived by : her children, Becky Charters, Janis Donahue, Brenda McGillicuddy (Vaughn) and Garnett Charters (Terry); her grandchildren, Daniel Donahue, Lisa Short (Brent), Teresa Haines (Brent), Darren Charters (Abby), Melissa Benoit (Mark) and Matthew Charters (Rachel); her great grandchildren, Allison (Mark), Amanda (Conner), Jordan, Molly, Maggie, Wylder and Cooper; her great great grandchild Brielle; her siblings, Violet Stright (Donald) and Robert Blair; and her sisters-in-law, Anne Blair and Noreen Blair. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours were held at Swan Funeral Chapel, 1826 Route 3, Harvey Station, NB on Saturday, October 3, 2020 with social distancing respected.
